Saying no hasn’t come easy for me.
Watch this:
I’ve gotten really good at stepping into the roles life has presented for me without considering what I actually wanted.
So I’ve set myself a 60 Day Inspiration Experiment, during which I’ll say NO to any new opportunity that isn’t a “Hell, yes.” I just want to know what it feels like.
And it sucks.
I hate disappointing people I care about. I hate “not coming through.” It just feels WRONG.
I’m allowing myself to squirm about this, and forcing myself to share it with you. Somehow I think this might help me grow and learn something. At least, I hope so.
How do you know when to say no?
