When I was fifteen years old, I asked my boyfriend what he liked about me. “You’re like a blank slate,” he said.
A blank slate? As in EMPTY with nothing to offer?
Watch this:
Now I have a different awareness of what he meant, a new appreciation of the blank page and this thing called surrender.
Each day I surrender to that blank page. I invite the infinite possibilities of what can be written in that space.
I surrender, open and receive, discovering what is written on my life and who I am being with each choice.
Surrender and emptiness means more of me, not less.
What do you think?
