Last night a client forwarded a string of text messages for my review before our session.

It reminded me of an often overlooked (and powerful!) perk that’s included with my 1:1 coaching services:

Virtually unlimited access to me via email, Messenger or Whatsapp.

Clients tend to get more excited about our Immersives and sessions, and I get it. That’s where the real-time magic happens. But really…

The big breakthroughs often happen between our sessions.

Insight drops during quiet moments. Creative ideas bubble up mid-walk. Shower epiphanies land out of nowhere. The perfect question shows up overnight in a dream.

And you don’t have to wait until our next call to talk about it.

That’s why I love offering message access – because it’s been invaluable to me as a client.

When I send a message to my coach, one of three things happens:

  1. I answer my own question before I’m done talking.
  2. I see through my thinking, rendering my question irrelevant.
  3. I actually do want feedback, but I’m still moved forward simply by expressing it.

Also, it’s amazing to have someone in your corner for the little triumphs and daily celebrations.

Often in my morning movement and meditation time, I’m nudged to share a message with a client. It’s a joy to send a voice message or resource when it springs to mind, and it often lands just when it’s needed.

These “in between times” of coaching don’t get much attention, but they’re deeply transformational.

Message coaching is so powerful I’m considering offering it as a standalone service.
