leaping over an alarm clock

In the REFLECT program, we reviewed our past year and noticed our peak  experiences. For many of us, time in nature ranks high.

Nature seems to encourage feelings of gratitude and awe at the bigness of life, and the smalless of us.

For me, it’s lounging and moving on the beach in the morning before the tourists show up, or joining my love for a cup of coffee at the café with an ocean view.

For others, it’s hitting the trail for some vigorous rock climbing, a walk in the park, or working in the garden.

There’s something about the feeling we often get in nature that so many of us crave.

One coach expressed it beautifully:

“My work as a coach is about fixing things and solving problems. I feel like I have to talk all the time. But when I’m in nature, it’s all about noticing the beauty of life. There’s nothing to do.”

Yes.

The beauty of life is self-evident in nature, and when your attention shifts to simply noticing it, the feeling is amazing.

But we’re taught to feel guilty for spending time outdoors, when there’s work to be done and family to care for.

Who are we to do something just because it makes us happy?

I even know an entrepreneur who started multiple businesses out of his passion projects. They never made money, but he could trick himself into doing what he actually wanted by justifying it as “work!”

If you’d like to spend more time enjoying nature, and less time toiling in your business — without sacrificing your income in the process — here’s how working and playing with a transformative coach like me will help.

You’ll see through the misunderstanding that you’re not allowed to “play” until all your work is done…and your work will never be done.

You were meant to play, and when you do so inside your business, it increases your productivity, creativity and enjoyment.

Our coaching explorations dissolve the shoulds and have tos of what you’ve been taught, and help you see that you get to create the lifestyle you desire, with as much nature as you like, and design your business around it. You don’t have to be a slave to your business, and in fact, that’s the surest way to burn out.

My clients discover that living in the feeling of beauty is available no matter where you are and what you’re doing. You can have that same gorgeous feeling whether you’re coaching, cooking dinner, or taking out the garbage.

A big part of Being Unstoppable is knowing and allowing the expression of your natural creative power in doing what you love, and allowing the flow of nature to guide your actions in effortless creation.

If you’d like to drop everything that seems to be stopping you from a life with more nature, connection and inspired creation, let’s have a conversation about Being Unstoppable and what that means to you. Contact me here and we’ll chat. 🌻

May you find the beauty of nature within and without.
