Whenever I find myself falling into the trap of thinking:
Who am I to do this?
I’m not an expert.
I have no certifications.
Surely there is someone better qualified and more highly skilled than me.
I remember:
Your experience can’t be wrong.
In fact, your experience is your greatest asset.
The specific circumstances you’ve lived through and everything you’ve learned has shaped the way you see the world. It’s a gift only you can express.
You don’t need to be the expert or authority figure giving information to someone who lacks it.
You can simply share what you’ve seen that changed your life.
You don’t have to have all the answers. Extend a hand to those you’d like to help and invite them to explore with you.
Look in the direction of what you seek, and you will discover amazing things even beyond what you can now see.
I have deep respect for your inner guidance, and great doubt about whatever it is I think I know. I don’t think I know how you ought to be living your life.
If that makes me an “imposter,” bring it on!
It’s a great relief to know that I don’t have to have it figured out to co-create the magical and miraculous, because it’s baked into our design.
Now, let’s have an adventure!
