I recently lost my cats, Java and Loki. They had a long, happy life, but it still wasn’t easy to let them go.
The weeks surrounding their deaths (they died within 2 days of each other) weren’t easy. It was a roller coaster ride of sorrow, guilt and fear.
But that’s not all there was. I was also incredibly happy, excited and even inspired during that time.
I’m so grateful for these little loves, and all those who touch my life each day, who teach me so much about life, death and inspiration.
Life is about living every moment…even the difficult ones.
